Tootsie is a 16 year old American Mini Horse mare who has been a loyal mascot for NEER North for over five years. She is now looking to find a forever home to live out her retirement. Tootsie was part of team (with Spanky) who were great ambassadors at the Topsfield Fair, West Newbury & Newburyport Parades, and other NEER events. Tootsie was once shown in hand and driven (but is pretty rusty.) She is very friendly with great ground manners, and loves to be groomed!
