Stella is a 6 year old Off Track Thoroughbred, who had a brief racing career in Florida, then went directly to a private owner. Stella was restarted in the fall of last year with her previous owner, and was going WTC and doing crossrails. She had the winter off, and has been slowly restarted since then.
Stella is progressing well with our trainer, and lunges, longlines and is currently going WT undersaddle. We will be reintroducing the canter soon as Stella progresses with her fitness. Stella is sound and ready to go in any direction. She is green and can be a bit spooky, so would do best with a confident rider to continue to put miles on her. She is such a sweetheart and loves to be brushed, and she will even scratch you back if you scratch her favorite itchy spots. She is currently out in our mare herd, and is great with other horses – she loves having friends!
