This beautiful girl is as striking as she is sweet. April needs and experienced person to help continue to bring her along under saddle and work on building her confidence and trust. She has just started working with our trainer under saddle and we will update her bio as she progresses. She may be suitable for light riding or companionship, depending on what she shows us over time. She has some experience with integrated therapy programs.
She’s recovered well from a past splint bone fracture and history of laminitis and weight issues. Her feet (including a slightly clubby foot) do well with regular farrier care. She is at a great weight (very easy keeper) and her feet look great. She can be herd-bound and will absolutely need a calm equine friend in her next home.
