Belong to Judith, a 2004 Florida Bred mare by Belong to Me out of Kalindi (Lord Gaylord).
Judy is a lovely thoroughbred mare who only had 2 starts on the track in her career as a racehorse. She then spent some time as a lesson horse, but it wasn’t the life for her. Judy landed at NEER North with hopes of her finding her forever home.
We were told she can safely WTC but cannot cross-tie. She is good in group turnout and trailers fine. She is currently barefoot and is UTD. She does have a large varicose vein on her LF leg but it is a non-issue.Judy is still under evaluation as we try and get to know her better so we can match her up with the perfect home.

May 2023 Trainer Update: Judy during her long lining session this week! Judy came in underweight and lacked a lot of muscle. We have been slowly building up her fitness through tack walking, pole work, and longlining. She is looking so much better and has started trotting lightly under the saddle. She is starting to look and feel so much better!
