Current assessment and status: Very sweet, a bit shy and needs experienced handler.
This young mini mule is a very green mare who has had little training except for the basics, ok for leading and grooming but could use some work on picking up her feet. She can be skittish and hard to catch but has come a long way with training. LuLu needs one individual she can learn to trust. Once the relationship is established, she has shown us that she will happily approach. She needs someone with plenty of experience who is patient and can be bring her along. LuLu is now working on building confidence and learning basic manners through positive reinforcement. The sky is the limit with this one as she is a good height for a small rider once she is trained under saddle or could be trained to drive. She will not be a good fit for a small child in her currently green condition. She is UTD on shots and trims but is nervous with vet and farrier.
