Chance is a 20yo medicine hat paint looking for a laid back riding or companion home. He is a very sweet boy, and is happy to hang out with his friends in his paddock, or go on a leisurely walk under saddle!
Chance is being restarted under saddle after having several years off. He is currently tack walking in the arena, and will work up to hacking in the field. He has a nice forward walk under saddle and is sensible. He lunges WTC and appears to be sound and happy to work! Chance can sometimes get pushy on the ground, but is very responsive to voice commands. He crossties and is good for the vet and farrier. He is currently barefoot and is at the bottom of the pecking order in turnout.
Chance had his eye removed last summer, due to squamous cell carcinoma. He has adjusted well to life with limited vision.
